Alexandra von Korff arbeitet bei patients today (art tempi communications), initiierte 2019 und hostet seitdem den Brustkrebspodcast „2 Frauen, 2 Brüste“ und bloggt seit ihrer Brustkrebsdiagnose 2017 als „Kick Cancer Chick“. Sie engagiert sich in zahlreichen Advisory Boards, Patient Councils und Projekten rund um das Thema Krebs auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.
